    t-5 lighting

I have a 38 gallon tank and im putting 4 39 watt t5 bulbs in it.

will these four bulbs be enough for a reef. will i be able to to many types of corals?

That looks fine for many corals. I don't know about SPS because I would aim for higher wattage per gallon but you could work up from soft corals to SPS corals.

Think you could keep about anything you want, including SPS. SPS may not grow super fast but you should be good. Post some pictures when you can.
