Last night I started layout out the lighting for the 135g tank that I picked up over the winter. It seems the width is pretty tight and getting the MH and the T5 lighting under the same hood will be a tight fit. So I'm thinking of just using MH lighting to light the tank and see how that goes. Maybe add T5 in a few months.

That should get me started, correct?

Thinking of going with 3 x 250watt MH. Was leaning towards the Spider Reflector and IceCap ballast. The only issue is the Spider is 13" wide so it will be a tight fit on the 135g tank.
