What type of lighting for Refugium?

What type Refugium lighting is everyone using?

I want to setup a 20gal refugium below my 55g and wonder what type of light should I use. Will a standard plant grow bulb work?

Melevsreef.com has a good ideal, was thinking of using this lighting to light the refugium of the 135. Click Here.

The other ideal that I have floating around is using the 20g PC lighting on the refugium lighting. Keeping up three tanks is going to be hard. Sad

-20g, 65g, 125g and 135g Reef Aquarium. Just call me crazy.
